A consultation is dedicated one-on-one time with Jessica to explore your project however is most useful to you. Every conversation looks a little different because every project and every person starts in a different place.

Some clients want to talk big ideas and look at design precedents together. Some need a fresh set of eyes to review a drawing. Others want to understand the practical side of the process: timelines, budgets, what comes next. Most conversations end up being some mix of it all. There’s no set agenda. We’ll shape the time around your questions and your project.

One thing to know going in: While we may sketch or explore ideas together during our time, consultations don’t include a finished deliverable. Anything we draw or discuss is conceptual, meant to give you clarity and direction, not documents that you could price, permit, or build from.

Think of it as the conversation that helps you figure out the "what” and the “how” before you invest in the full design process.
